Two companies, one portfolio
Mack Energy Group SpA was born from the union of Inversiones Black Group SpA and Mack Mantención Industrial. Two companies with decades of experience in Chile, with the goal of developing and operating renewable projects at industrial scale.
Inversiones Black Group SpA has developed more than 2,500 MW in wind and solar projects from greenfield to ready-to-build stage, across four regions of the country.
Mack Mantención Industrial contributes the on-site operations: maintenance of photovoltaic plants, assembly engineering and specialized industrial cleaning.

Projects with names and coordinates
Every MW in our portfolio has an approved or pending environmental permit. No phantom projects, no promises without an EAR.
Permanent presence in the north
We operate from Santiago, Antofagasta and Nacimiento. Our maintenance teams live in the regions where the parks operate.
Long-term horizon
27 years of useful life for Black BESS. We design for the life of the asset, not for the next tender.
Skin in the ground
We stay with projects beyond RTB. We operate, maintain and, when appropriate, sell with warranties for the assets we develop.
